To be honest I wrote my own script rather than use edg-fetch-crl. You
have access to the ngs and you can find the script here:
gsiftp://grid-data.man.ac.uk/etc/grid-security/certificates/crl.sh
It's a shell script that uses wget with timeout option. Perhaps there's
something in it that can fix the indefinite hanging in edg-fetch-crl?
As for windows are you using the win32 globus stuff or are you using the
java-cog kit?
