This conference hosted by the National Children's Bureau will be an
opportunity for all those involved in children's services from the early
years through to early adulthood to explore the benefits and drawbacks of
involving stakeholders in the evaluation of children's services. User
perspectives from service commissioners, managers, practitioners, parents,
carers and children and young people, and models of evaluation will be
presented.
Workshops, listed below will give delegates the opportunity to discuss
evaluation in different settings:
· Listening to very young children
· Getting practitioners and managers on board
· Working with parents on evaluation of services
· Involving children and young people in evaluation
The conference will be of interest to all children's service providers, and
anyone who is involved in the support, care or education of children and
young people.
