I cannot reproduce this, but I suspect that the problem is caused by
lingering atomSetMappings which were set up incorrectly in the past by
previous versions.
Before the last release I had a big clean up of the AtomSetMapping
maintenance code. If you clear the project of atomSetMappings
they can hopefully be remade without a problem.
At the Python command line >>> type:
for asm in top.project.atomSetMappings:
asm.delete()
top.initMolSystems()
top.initAtomSetMappings()
-----
You may have to run top.initAtomSetMappings() again if the Atom Browser
shows none of your assignments.
Let me know if the problem persists.
