Dear All,
The appended e-mail from Norman McCubbin clarifies that
travel claims should (continue to) be sent directly to Robin
Middleton and do not require local signatures.
Hope that's OK.
Cheers, Tony
PS All claims should be made consistent with the policy described at
http://www.gridpp.ac.uk/meetings/Travel_Policy.html
as usual.

Hi Tony (cc: Robin, Rachel), Thanks for your e-mail of the 9th Sep.
The primary aim of Tony M's email about claims/visit procedures (12th
August) was to ensure (in the case of claims) that claims had got
appropriate authorisation before being sent to Sue Bartlett (PA PPD
Director). It wasn't intended to imply that only UNIVERSITY budget
holders could sign/authorise etc. So if FL69000 claims are routed
through Robin M for signature, and Robin then forwards them, duly
signed, to Sue, that meets the key requirement of appropriate
authorisation and is prefectly acceptable.
Cheers
Norman
