Hi All,
I'm new to the list, which I found through http://depts.washington.edu/ascidian/
My research (computational neuroscience) does not, or has not yet :),
involved tunicates. Rather, I'm writing as a recreational diver with a
handful of ID-less tunicate photos from a recent trip to Santa Cruz
Island off the coast of Southern California. I'd appreciate help in
determining their classification, if it's not too much to ask. Thanks
in advance. Numbered 1-8 for reference. I have a couple of other
species from the same trip that i could post as well, but they are not
as quite as crisp.
Mike

In the next pic, I'm wondering about the ID of the polyclad, and the
nature of the brownish mass inside its main course (Clavellina
huntsmani ?)
