is it possible to perform the affine normalization of SPM on a 3d-image, with
the setting:
1)
(x') ( a_11 a_12 0 ) (x) (y_1)
(y')=( a_21 a_22 0 ) (y) + (y_2)
(z') ( 0 0 1 ) (z) (0 )
or even better:
2)
(x'(k_z)) ( a_11(k_z) a_12(k_z) 0 ) (x) (y_1)
(y'(k_z))=( a_21(k_z) a_22(k_z) 0 ) (y) + (y_2)
(z') ( 0 0 1 ) (z) (0 )
where k_z is the slice number.
here my question in words:
i would like to normalize a picture b_i to a template b_0.
but i know that the image b_i is distorded only in the XY-plane
(transformation 1))
and this distorsions are not the same at each slice
(transformation 2))
how to do it best?
