Converging demands from knowledge management, content management and e-government has moved the spotlight back onto the importance of classification in effective records management. This workshop introduces elements of classification in the specific context of records management.
BENEFITS OF ATTENDING
The day will provide an insight into different aspects of classification in the context of records management. It will enable participants to review the requirements needed to deal with records organisation and structuring in their own organisation.

WORKSHOP LEADER: KEITH TRICKEY
Keith is a part-time senior lecturer at Liverpool John Moores University and a freelance trainer. Keith has been teaching and training the structure and use of classification for nearly twenty years and brings a genuine enthusiasm to this significant area of information organisation
