I am trying to understand the quantified connectivity maps i get after
doing connectivity based seed classification. I get voxels values sometime
as high as 5000. what do the voxel values mean ? It is not very clear what
"quantified connectivity vlaues" means in the FDT help pages. It will be
good if somebody can explain this.
Thanks in advance
