Hi All-
We're having trouble running a 30 direction DTI protocol through
dtifit. As far as we can tell, everything is as it should be in the
data, bvec, and bval files. bedpost_datacheck goes OK, and funused1 is
also unset in the header files.. And when I run dtifit in verbose mode
it seems to go fine (reads data, creates matrix, etc.), but the dti_*
outputs are zeroed-out volumes. The FA maps from our own matlab code
look reasonable.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. The bvals and bvecs are
dumped below in case they are useful in deciphering the problem.
