Hello,
I have a MatLab script which gets me out of a similar bind. What
it does is to open the header info of the files and pick out the session
and acquisition numbers. It then renames the files with these numbers.
This makes it easier to sort the images into their respective sessions. i
then use MRICro to convert an entire session to ANALYZE. It was written
to work with Siemens data so if it doesnt work for you...sorry. You can
find it at:
http://web.njit.edu/~jrs3/matlabfiles/dicomconv.m
I hope this helps,
Jason.
