Hi there,
I am trying to run updatefeatreg and get a segmentation fault at convert_xfm. I have checked all
the image links and they are fine, and all the matrices exist.
Here's the stranger part -- to probloem solve, I tried to run updatefeatreg on another machine
(osx instead of redhat) in a feat directory with a complete reg directory (I had just successfully run
feat on it) and got the same fault. Here what I got:
DY004_novOdd_0_TestRegOnly.feat/reg] rig% updatefeatreg ../../
DY004_novOdd_0_TestRegOnly.feat -gifs
/usr/local/bin/fsl/bin/updatefeatreg: line 80: 3605 Segmentation fault ${FSLDIR}/bin/
convert_xfm -in initial_highres -ref highres -inverse -omat highres2initial_highres.mat

convert_xfm -in example_func -ref initial_highres -inverse -omat

Could not open matrix file initial_highres2standard.mat
I ran slices on initial_highres and highres to check the links and they were fine. This is
initial_highres2highres.mat:
0.999737 0.0101068 -0.0205943 15.0682
-0.0124656 0.992955 -0.117833 19.7672
0.0192583 0.118059 0.99282 -3.20567
0 0 0 1
Any ideas?
Thanks.
