Research Guide on International Law and Legal Instruments
FMO is pleased to announce the launch of an extensive, new resource on
international law related to refugees and other forced migrants: a Research
Guide on International Law and Legal Instruments. This Research Guide provides
an overview of the principal international and regional instruments in human
rights law, humanitarian law and refugee law. It analyses key aspects of these
legal instruments and provides suggestions of significant cases studies and
reading materials, as well as links to full-text versions of key documents.
