Since it's WWWAAAYYY to early to have any official consideration on the
issue (and will remain too early until *after* widely publicized debate on
the subject) I have no intent to file a paper to the committee.
Nor should anyone else. If they do, the idea should be rejected out of
hand. Especially now, since there is a "CC&R" version coming up that
shouldn't have any major new features.
