Two notes:
1) I do not think it is fare to mix in commercial products with free
ones, in particular, mixing in OpenGL, which is a standard, with
something like Winteractor.
2) With Fortran 2003 one can use the C bindings of any graphics library
they like (sometimes with some extra wrappers for cases not supported
by the interop features).
