Dear All,
Iwould be interested to hear from colleagues dealing with accessions, how
they document the 'gifts' they received into their collections, be they
paper documents, photographs, artefacts etc... Do they require the donor to
make it very clear that it is a non returnable gift? And in the case of
long term loans, how do you document this and how does this affect
copyright? Do you accept gifts with access restrictions?
I can summarise to the list if anyone else is interested.
Thanks,
Regards,
Michèle Losse
