ARCHAEOZOOLOGIST
We are wishing to appoint an experienced Archaeozoologist to join the environmental archaeology team at our Oxford office.
Applicants will have a degree in archaeology or other relevant discipline, and a good academic background in animal bone studies, whether acquired through formal study for a higher degree or through practical experience. Experience of working within the commercial archaeological sector will be a particular advantage.
You will be required to undertake MAP2 assessments, carry out analysis, and the production of reports for publication. You will need good research and report writing skills and a flexible approach, and enjoy working as part of a team.
The salary offered will be dependent on qualifications and experience, within one of the following salary ranges:
Project Officer £16,580 - £20,353
Researcher £13,833 - £15,989
