Netskills will be running the following workshops at Coventry University:
1. Exploring XML (19th July)
This practical workshop, aimed at experienced HTML authors,
introduces a wide range of new and exciting possibilities using XML.
Topics include: What is XML? Creating XML documents, Using XSLT &
XPath for data transformations, Server-side XSLT, XML applications
including XHTML, SMIL & RSS.
2. Databases on the Web (20th July)
This is a practical workshop for those who wish to publish database-
driven content on the web. It provides an overview of the tools and
techniques available and teaches the practical skills necessary to
use them. Topics covered include Microsoft Access, Active Server
Pages (ASP) and PHP with MySQL.
