VISSIM: 5th UK User Group Meeting (April 22nd 2005 - Imperial College
London).
I would like to draw your attention, please, to the above event whose

4 training sessions will be held on the microscopic traffic simulator VISSIM
and the startegic macroscopic modelling software VISUM on April 21st:
a) VISSIM basic (setting up a simple network, traffic assignment, fixed time
signals, public transport, evaluations of queues, delays);
b) VISSIM advanced (modelling suggestions, vehicle actuated signals
[VAP/VISVAP], dynamic assignment, 3D modelling, COM interface);
c) VISUM basic (macroscopic modelling of private and public transport,
junction modelling, assignment methods, link from/to VISSIM);
d) VISUM advanced (advanced modeling issues, public transport to include
rail, generating networks, GIS functionality).
Participants should bring their own laptop, but no VISSIM/VISUM licence is
required.
