Dear SMP-users,
When trying to run an AnCova, with age and performance scores as the
nuisance variables, the estimation goes fine, but I run into problems when,
in the results-section, I want to define a new contrast.
I get the following error message:
??? Error using ==> patch
Vectors must be the same lengths.
Error in ==> c:\spm2\spm_conman.m
On line 1076 ==> h = patch(xx,yy,[1,1,1]*.5);
Error in ==> c:\spm2\spm_conman.m
On line 1026 ==> spm_conman('GraphCons',xCon,Q(q),get(hConList,'Parent'))
Error in ==> c:\spm2\spm_conman.m
On line 1689 ==> spm_conman('ListCon',hConList,xCon,xCon(end).STAT,I) %-
ListCon
A similar question/problem was posted a while ago (dec. 2004) in the list,
but I didn't found any responds on this item.
Does anyone had this problem before and knows how to solve it?
best regards,
Sofie
