Hi, Deborah,
What struck me right away was the pace of your reading which honored the
lines (I imagine?) and breaks. Not rushed, good voicing, like a singer, a
contralto.
I think the fact that someone is archiving readings in Mp3 is terrific too.
Pass along my admiration.
Happy New Year,
Frank

Subject: MP3 files... reading @ Loveland Art Museum
I have a poem mp3 on this site, it is a live recording, so I can't take back
the errors - a couple of funny ones though, and the poem is not called,
"nipples", the title is,"When You Make Love"...This was a first reading of
this poem, considering that - its not too bad
Check out Bryan Roth, he is a riot, MD Friedman (such a great guy) and Dona
Stein. (Dona hosts, The Poetry Hour on
KRFC)http://www.poetscoop.org/openread.htm#excI read that same poem about
two weeks ago @ Studio 253 - and it was great - only no one was recording.
