£19,460 to £21,640 per annum (pay award pending) depending on experience.

We are seeking suitably qualified applicants for a Tutorship in the School
of Film and Television Studies. You will be expected to contribute to
undergraduate teaching in film studies, television studies and cultural
studies; to teach at least two of the following undergraduate seminar
units: Film Noir; Media and Cultural Theory; Television Sitcom; World
Cinemas; Stardom in Film and Television; Gender and Genre; Spielberg and
Lucas; and Silent Cinema; and to contribute to other BA, MA and possibly
PhD teaching, supervision and assessment activities. You will also be
expected to undertake student advising responsibilities, and to provide
administrative support to senior members of the School.
The Tutorship is a full-time post, and is available for a fixed term,
commencing 5 September 2005 and ending on 16 June 2006.
