Should you need a room for meetings or workshops, but would prefer to get

AUGUST - SUMMER ACADEMY
TFPL has developed a 5 week seminar based learning programme which will be
held one evening a week from 6-7.30pm during August and the first week of
September. This has been built upon last year's successful summer academy.

The academy sessions have been devised to support the needs of information
professionals who require training and development in personal and service
performance. By attending all 5 sessions in each programme delegates will
receive one to one attention and their goals and progress monitored.  Each
session can be attended as stand alone and time will be maximised for
optimum learning.   The academy is suitable for information professionals
from the corporate, public, academic and governmental sectors.

The foundation programme is for information professionals who are part of an
information team who wish to achieve unbeatable personal performance. Topics
include: 
assessment of your current personal performance communication skills
delegation advanced time management

The advanced programme is for senior managers who operate a service alone or
with a team who are aiming to achieve unrivalled service performance. Topics
