People applying for a readers ticket at the National Library of Scotland will now be required to show proof of identity which will confirm their name and current address details. Previously, proof of current address did not have to be given for short term access.
The new Reader's Registration form and examples of acceptable ID are available at www.nls.uk/info/readerstickets
Please make your readers aware of this when referring them to our services.
