We are aware that some publishers have, over time removed their content from
Ingenta and we ourselves now wonder about the point of trying to maintain
multiple access pathways to the same material if too many difficulties are put
in the way.
If a publisher has its own preferred site, are we going to be better off to
concentrate our efforts on maintaining accurate catalogue or OpenURL links to
that site, and doing the same with Ingenta but only for titles and publishers
with no other online incarnation?
