Jackie Lord and Rosamund Bertulis presenting results from the RCN's recent
Information needs analysis, an evidence-based and statistically valid
study using responses from over 1500 active RCN members and nursing
librarians.
Christine Urquhart from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. "Getting to
know your customers better".
Dr Jean Yeoh, Head of ISS corporate services Kings College, London
speaking on the professional aspects of meeting information needs.
The 2005 Libraries for Nursing AGM will also be taking place during the
day.
