Which reminds me sites should also in advance along with
a) Obtaining a host cert for the mon box.
b) Possibly sourcing a second machine for large sites.

c) Arrange to have port 8443 open inbound to your MON box. The complete
set for R-GMA will thus be 8080, 8443 and 8088.
