You cannot charge for the consultation. You could charge for a letter or
offer them a printout of their repeat order form (or other copy records
under the Data Protection Act). I've often been asked and no-one has ever
wanted more than the repeat list. I always offer a letter for ££ but somehow
no-one wants it.
