Hi,
hmmh - so there no are no merged/mean/dyadic_*-files within the *.bedpost directory? Strange.
I think I vaguely recall to have seen something like that on cygwin (but haven't really spotted the error at the time) and I would be interested to hear if bedpost finishes ok per command line.
Cheers-
Andreas

Hi,
I didn't use a command line. I went into FDT Diffusion, then
selected bedpost estimation of diffusion parameters and selected
the input directory and pressed ok.
The output i did receive was a folder of diff_slices with subdirectory
of all the slices that I acquired. Inside the subdirectories of the
slices I have d_samples, f_samples, logfile, ph_samples, S0_samples, and
th_samples files. All the slice subdirectories contain these files.
I also have another subdirectory of
log files that have the log of the slice and a log file saying
finished (ie .0001 and .0001 finished). I also have the bvals, bvecs,
nodif, nodif_brain, and nodif_brain_mask files.
Thank you for your help.
Regards,
Jon
