Hi SIENA users
I have posted the below error message one week ago. The answers were
to enhance swap memory. Now I have enhanced swap memory to 3069 MB
in addition to 2 GB RAM but the error occurs furthermore.
I have also installed FSL on my Labtop with only 744 MB swap and 256 MB
RAM and SIENA works, i.e. the error does not occur.
But I have observed that the file (T1_2002_halfwayto_scT1_2002_brain_seg)
that SIENA can not open header was deleted some minutes before
the error message appear!
It also seems that the -d (debug) options does not work because most files
were deleted.
I have typed: siena T1_2001 T1_2002 -d
Thanks a lot for helping
Best regards Juergen
