I think we are in agreement. If the Canadian Greens actually "oppose" the seal cull, or slaughter, or whatever you call it, on the basis of animal welfare I think they weaken their political stance. Being opposed to the seal slaughter because it "might" be an ecological issue is wrong headed. Being opposed to the seal slaughter because it is inhumane is in good taste.
