Thanks for all the replies. An overwhelming number of you have mentioned
the THR&W course both on and off list. I was actually aware of this before
sending the original email but as there is only me from the University who
requires a course like this, I would have to attend an open session that
Jackie runs (currently on a waiting list for this I believe) - or join
another University's session at their discretion.
If I find out about any more courses then I will post the details on the
list.
Thanks
Tim

Jackie Prentice came to our Access Centre to give our staff "Train the
Trainer" Training for R&W Gold. It was very good. We are not Certified R&W
Gold Trainers. Worth doing. I suggest that you contact her at Texthelp.
Her email address is [log in to unmask] . Not sure about any others
but if you find out about any, especially Dragon and Inspiration then please
let me know.
Thanks,
Charlie

Hi all
A while ago I asked whether anyone knew of (or has undertaken) any training
that allows them to deliver certified training on a certain software
product.
I am looking to attend 'train the trainer' courses for software such as
THR&W, Inspiration, Spark Space, Window-Eyes - and a few others - that will
subsequently allow me to 'formally' train our students in the software.
Last time I asked this I received quite a few positive comments but nothing
has developed further.
I'd be very grateful if people could email me if they have ever done this
kind of training before and let me know where/how they arranged this.
Thanks
Tim
