Subject: Repeat request
I had a data protection request for which I released all the
information to the data subject.
I received a reply from the data subject who informed me that he has
"evidence from a whistle blower" within our organisation who tells him
we have more information that we did not release.
I asked the applicant to confirm exactly what information he believes
we have withheld, as everyone involved with the request has confirmed
that we have already released everything.
Now the applicant has said that he will not tell us what he thinks
we're withholding and that the people involved "know what they're
hiding". He is already claiming that he will be seeking "compensation
for all the distress" he claims this is causing.
As I can't seem to get through to the applicant that unless he tells
me what he thinks is missing, I can't find it, is there anything I can
use to say I can't help him any further? Or preferably can I refuse
him altogether for being vexatious as I would under FOI?
Thanks
Duncan
