hello Bugs,
I hope this problem isn't too trivial for this list. I'm analysing a
data set where no. of animals is counted within squares in a grid. each
grid has 64 squares and there are 5 year's worth of data for each of the
(4) grids. I've set this analysis up with loops etc, but when I try to
compile the model, BUGS says "array index is greater than array upper
bound for Y". I've checked my indexing and the number of values in the
response and it all looks ok to me. Can anybody point me to where the
problem lies?
any help appreciated.
thanks,
Neil
