Hmm. Sounds like just what I want - but our licence/install is for Unix/Solaris. Can we still do it?

Hi Mark
You could install blackboard onto a laptop. Then copy the course across
so that the copy sits locally on the laptop. We have found this works
very well to avoid any presentation demons that always seem to pop up
when doing things like that!

Subject: Demo Bb with no web access
I have to demo a Blackboard site to 370 new nursing students in a large
external venue that has no Internet access (good grief!) and no
possibility of even setting up wireless access - anybody got any good
ideas?
