Might take a while, but you have prompted me to make sure I write this
up. I've only just achieved "first squirt" of HDPE through a 0.2mm
aluminium block nozzle though. When ejected at a useful velocity over
any standoff, the stuff expands out quickly to 0.5mm which represents
approx 50 DPI.
Can anyone tell me if 0.2-0.5mm is a useful resolution, or do I need to
go much finer to be of any use at all?
