provides a wide range of services to support teaching, learning and
research across the University. We are currently seeking enthusiastic
individuals to join the LLR teams based at Camberwell College of Arts
and Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design.
You will play a key role in providing a broad range of support in the
delivery of high quality, customer-focused services. Your
responsibilities will include working at library service points, dealing
with enquiries and helping users to operate equipment, plus you will be
allocated specific tasks in support of the smooth running of the library
service. The post at Camberwell College of Arts will also include
sessions working on the open access information desks.
A good general education is essential, together with previous experience
in a library, information service or customer service environment. You
should be familiar with the use of MS Word, the Internet and Email.
Flexible and well-organised, you should have good customer care and
communication skills. An interest in art and design is desirable but not
essential.
In return, the University offers generous leave, a final salary pension
and investment in your development and training – all in a unique
environment that encourages excellence, creativity and diversity, and
which offers an exciting career move in higher education.
