PSI (Statisticians in the Pharmaceutical Industry) are holding a one-day scientific meeting on "Drug Development from Pre-clinical to Proof of Concept" on the 22nd February 2006.
This meeting will cover the sequence of studies culminating in the Proof of Concept study. The strategy for designing the optimal sequence of studies, integrating pre-clinical and historical information will be discussed and specific examples presented.
