Has anybody who has been involved with HERA job evaluation and the National
Framework Agreement used any pay modelling software? If so, would it be
possible to share your experiences of using such a tool. I've been asked
the question as to whether we should look to purchase a modelling tool, but
having attended a workshop in London last year was given both good and bad
reports on using software as opposed to scattergrams etc.
Any information would be much appreciated.
