Hi all
We are about to review our Race Equality Policy and Action Plan, and I
have
been considering what the benefits are of retaining a separate policy, as
opposed to creating a larger all-encompassing Diversity Policy which
contains a
distinct section on Race Equality.
I am interested in finding out which way other institutions have gone, and
what
you think the benefits are.
If anyone has a larger Diversity or Equality Policy they are willing to share,
I would be interesting in looking at it.
