I have contacted the NHS Cancer Screening Programme and received the
following replies to your questions.
LABS: there will be five labs (called hubs) throughout England who will
process the test kits for each LSP cluster.
TESTS: at the moment only guaiac based tests will be used, but there are
pilots being set up re immunological tests.
