Hello everyone
Just to introduce myself - I joined Hay about 6 years ago and have
gradually evolved into a Knowledge / Records / Information / Data
Protection and general all round Corporate Finger Wagger. Enjoy reading
all the posts - my current interest is the paradox of spending a lot of
time over the past few years of getting colleagues to share documents and
then finding that many are now dealing with Clients exclusively by email.
Very glad that I don't have FOIA implementation to start off the new year,
but concerned about the potential impact of the release into the public
domain of our proposals, methodologies and reports that we carry out for
Public Bodies.
And to introduce the company - Hay Group is a global firm of management
consultants, focusing on business and organisational performance
improvement.
Best regards
Fran
