The one thing needing doing before the decision on the DC-Ed proposal
for "instructionalMethod" can be completed is the revisio to the first
sentence of the comment. I took a look at other existing comments in
the namespace and propose the following revision. I've included the
proposed revised text followed by the original text.

instructional materials or conducting instructional activities, patterns
of learner-to-learner and learner-to-instructor interactions, and
mechanisms by which group and individual levels of learning are
measured. Instructional methods include all aspects of the instruction
and learning processes from planning and implementation through
evaluation and feedback."
ORIGINAL:
"This element describes ways of representing the presentation of
instructional materials or conducting instructional activities, patterns
of learner-to-learner and learner-to-instructor interactions, and
mechanisms by which group and individual levels of learning are
measured. Instructional methods include representation of aspects of the
total instructional process from planning and implementation through
evaluation and feedback."
