PROGRAMME SUPPORT OFFICER
Salary £22,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience)
Handicap International (HI) works in 50 countries in partnership with people
with disabilities and other vulnerable populations in situations of extreme
poverty and violent conflict.
HI seeks an experienced Programme Support Officer who will:
* Manage and develop the current UK institutional donors that support
our field programmes
* Secure new institutional donor funding for HI programmes
* Monitor and report on project activities to meet donor deadlines
* Work closely with project partners to ensure thorough communication
and dissemination of information to relevant parties
* Manage and develop the international information support centre,
SOURCE, based in London.
* Develop relationships within the UK NGO network
You will have:
* Proven experience in institutional fundraising, donor relations and
programme budget management
* A background in disability and development
* Field experience with sound management skills
* Knowledge of French preferred.
