Hi
This problem appears to be a glut problem. Huw was using freeglut supplied
with FC2.
We solved the problem by installing mesa-glut and linking to the libries &
headers to /usr/lib, /usr/X11R6/lib, & /usr/include/GL, then when installing
analysis we opted to use the NVidia GL libries instead of Mesa.
This appears to solve the crash problem.
