My Policy was just that I know DVI2BITMAP and SGMLKIT always seem to be
problematic for me, so I left them out (DVI2BITMAP doesn't build under
Solaris for sure, sorry Norman don't know that I mentioned that). I've had
no particular problems with SCB and EXTREME, other than I thought SCB
needed a bit of additional setting up to work just yet.
