OK, I've made a bugzilla report for this one.
Steve: I used the component ADAM since we don't have a starconf/build
system or whatever component. How do I add a new component, or is that up
to you? Either way we need a generic component for things not covered by
anything else.

I've fixed the --without-stardocs problem in automake and committed that
change, so we're down to just that main issue.
