Putting something in obsolete doesn't necessairly kill it (hey, I
resurrected CHART). Just that there is no mandate to keep it running in
the current era. KAPRH seems like an obvious application for 'obsolete'.
I'm volunteering to move the CVS repository [I think a wholesale move of
the whole cvs direcotory into obsolete is the best solution].
