We've put a collection into a staff rest area at our Civic Centre, which is
working well. Staff use a book to list what they have taken out and when,
and when it was returned, and we use this to monitor issues. We'd love to
do this in big local companies too but the amount of staff time it takes to
keep the collections "live" is prohibitive.
