This is exactly my experience too - I must have left an answerphone message
nearly every day for the last 5 weeks at the new Warrington number, wihout
any response.
I now intend to take the empty advertising stands out of our libraries, as
they look awful without any magazines to put in them, despite the fact that
the advertisres have paid for a full year, which is not yet up.
Thanks for confiming what I thought.

Our Prime Space journals are not renewed as each subscription is due. I
have
tried email and telephone. Email was bounced, and the phone diverted to a
Warrington number with an answering machine. Messages left on it have
received no reply.

Can any other library service who has taken a contract with Prime Space to
host advertising in their libraries in return for free magazine
subscriptions let me know if they have been able to contact them within the
last four months? I have been trying without success, and am concerned
that
they are no longer in existance.
Thanks.
