No problem, Harald, I thought I should get it clear as some listmembers had been confused. There'll be an FAQ up on the QSR website in a couple of weeks about NVivo 3 and the QSR Forum just had a message about it. For those interested, here's what it'll say:
QSR has completed a review of the existing software and all user feedback and development for NVivo 3.0 is now underway.
New features include:
· Improved usability & performance
· New functionality (to be announced)
· Support for *very* large projects
· Single file solution for easier backup and transportation of projects.
· Support and upgrade path for existing NVivo 2.0 projects.
This new product will be pre-announced in due course, allowing users sufficient time to make the transition. Further announcements will be made via our web site, the QSR Forum and QSR News.
Holders of a product maintenance or site license agreement when NVivo 3.0 is released will receive this new product as a free upgrade.
Director, Research Services, QSR.
